Heart to Heart — Having End of Life Conversations with Our Loved Ones: Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2-3:30 p.m. at Silvercrest Residence, 1865 N.E. Davis Street in Portland. We all have concerns about end-of-life care. This conversation will explore some of the life questions that may come up. What is most meaningful in your life now?
