The nonprofit senior peer counseling organization VIEWS will host the following Conversations on Aging during June. Older adults are invited to join these free conversations with their peers to talk about matters pertaining to aging.

Learning From Grief and Loss

Grief is normal, but it can be more difficult as you age and losses seem to come all the time. Learn how losses can affect your sense of self as well as your health. Learn various ways of coping with loss and grief. Talk about some of your concerns. Come join us for this interesting and thoughtful discussion.

We all want our end of life decisions to be respected by our doctors and our family. Learn how the power of an Advance Directive informs others of your decisions. Explore your own wishes about end of life care. Find a way to talk about these matters with family. Talk about some of your concerns. Receive your own copy of the Advance Directive.

Engaging With Adult Children
