Give your old eyeglasses another use by donating them to someone in need. Legacy Good Samaritan Medical Center and Legacy Devers Eye Institute are collecting used eyeglasses during a drive to benefit the Oregon Lions Sight & Hearing Foundation’s Lions Eyeglass Recycling Center.

The drive started in May and continues through Monday, July 7.

Legacy Good Samaritan staff, patients and the public can donate used adult or children’s eyeglasses, which will be refurbished and given for free or at a low cost to patients locally and in developing nations who cannot afford eyewear.
