After renowned jazz club Jimmy Mak's closed, Modera Davis started to go up. The 12-story market-rate apartment building includes plans for ground floor retail and underground parking. Plans include 204 apartments and 145 parking spaces for cars.
The ground floor contains a lobby, a leasing office, three retail spaces and an extra micro-retail space.

From the developer of the Goat Blocks, a new three-story office building is going up. The site used to be Speed's Towing. Plans include underground parking, first floor retail and a LEED rating. A 10,000-30,000 square foot creative office is scheduled to be available at the end of the year. The total building size is 75,000 square feet.

This uptown site along Northwest 23rd Avenue will be a furniture gallery. Formerly, the location was surface parking and two low-rise buildings — Plaid Pantry and Sammy's Flowers — were demolished. The new three-floor building will have a grand staircase up to an open air pavilion and roof terrace that showcases outdoor furniture. The new build includes 18 underground parking spaces.
