Broadway Corridor Development
Scope: Planning advisory services and redevelopment of the USPS Property
Owner: Prosper Portland
Prosper Portland released an RFQ for Broadway Corridor, the 24-acre north Pearl District site that was formerly a USPS property and feeds onto the Broadway Bridgehead.
The Broadway Corridor framework plan envisions a vibrant, mixed-use, dense urban district integrated with multi-modal transportation. The site includes the area bounded by Northwest Ninth Avenue to Northwest Fifth Avenue, and from Northwest Glisan Street up to Northwest Lovejoy Street, including the PDC-owned Union Station and the Greyhound Terminal.
Through the release of this RFQ, Prosper Portland takes a significant step forward toward the realization of an urban development project which will permanently change Portland's downtown landscape, knit the city together and catalyze significant private investments.
