Developer: Third & Taylor Development, LLC, a partnership between Onder Development and Arthur Mutal

Designer: Ankrom Moisan Architects

This 10-story office building has plans to include two levels of underground parking, 181,295 square feet of office space and 9,530 square feet of retail space. Plans include bike parking for 124 bicycles. The same architect and development team are also building a 20-floor hotel on the Salmon Street side of the block. NW Natural has plans to move into the office space from its Chinatown headquarters in the fall of 2019.

905 N.W. 17th Ave.PAMPLIN MEDIA GROUP: JOSEPH GALLIVAN - The half-block site at 905 N.W. 17th Ave. was formerly a 1931 low-rise light industrial building occupied by Ad-Mail.

This new six-story apartment building has plans for 124 units and one level of below-ground parking. Plans also include 3,200 square feet of retail space on the ground floor, and nine of the units will also be on the ground floor. There will be 20 percent of the units set aside to be affordable for those earning less than 80 percent of the area median family income.

Con-way BlocksPAMPLIN MEDIA GROUP: JOSEPH GALLIVAN - Half of the underground parking spaces are a replacement for existing XPO Logistics (formerly Con-way) employee parking.

Designer for Block 295E: Jones Architecture

Contractor: Andersen Construction/JBA Construction joint venture

Block 294E is a 14-floor apartment tower with 220 units. Block 295E is a six-story mid-rise with 160 apartments. Both blocks include ground floor retail and share two levels of underground parking with 602 stalls, equaling 20,000 square feet. Plans include bike parking for 553 bicycles. The total square footage is 594,000.
