Beaverton Farmers Market is set to open at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 3 with 40 vendors selling their produce as the market kicks off its 31st season. The market will be open every Saturday through April.
The objectives of the Beaverton Farmers Market are to: give our community access to a wide variety of fresh, local, in-season farm and artisan food products direct from the producer provide an informal, social gathering place in an open-air setting enhance the Beaverton community support our local growers and artisan food makers by providing them with direct marketing opportunities in our markets
2018 will be an exceptional year at the Beaverton Farmers Market. Look for: seasonal produce which means potatoes, sweet potatoes, winter squash, greens such as kale and chard, onions, pears, wild mushrooms and apples fresh apple cider specialty soups handcrafted chocolates and gourmet candies honey all kinds of baked goods including German breads, good old-fashioned cinnamon rolls, croissant donuts, pies, croissants, and cookies a new vendor, Mic's Mix will feature hand blended gluten free baking mixes artisan foods such as crab cakes, hummus, fresh roasted peanuts, and cinnamon nuts natural body care products-lotions, creams, ointments, chap stick, deodorant local wineries and distilleries pasta roasted coffee and espresso drinks hot food-crepes and Belgian waffles, Mexican food, German sausages, omelets
