Three men were arrested Monday morning after attempting to pry a door open at a Beaverton marijuana shop.
Beaverton Police Department responded to a call at the Blooming Deals Marijuana shop at 15915 N.W. Schendel Ave. When officers arrived they caught three men in the process of attempting to pry the door open. One man ran away and the other two were taken into custody. The third man was located a short time later and was also taken into custody.
Arrested were Dean Ellis Jordan Hamilton, 19, Brandon Allen Newman, 18, and Liam Edward Eddy, 20.
This is the third time this location has been hit by the same suspects, according to Beaverton Police Public information Officer Mike Rowe. "There were two attempts and one successful burglary," Rowe said. The successful burglary took place on July 28 with four bongs and some lighters being stolen.
The other two attempts took place Aug. 4 and Aug.7. Rowe said the three men arrested Monday all participated in the two prior incidents at the same location.
