Faron Michael Bennett was reported in good condition Friday morning at Oregon Health & Science University hospital.

A motorist called 911 about 5:30 p.m. to report finding an injured man lying by the roadside. The Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office said Bennett's green 1999 Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle landed about 50 feet away in the stubble of a farmer’s grain field. It did not appear that any other vehicles were involved in the crash.

Three units from the Canby Fire District responded and transported the injured man to the hospital.
