Schantin-Breen exchange Portland wedding vows
Jeeni Schantin, and Chris Breen, both of Beaverton, were married July 20, 2013, at Overlook House in Portland with the Rev. Dale Southorn officiating in a double-ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Mark and Diane Schantin, of Hillsboro. She graduated from West Linn High School in 2005 and Seattle Pacific University in 2009. She works as a credit specialist for Platt Electric.
The groom is the son of Daniel and Diana Breen, of Tigard. He graduated from Tigard High School in 2002 and the University of Oregon in 2006. He works as a solar and clean energy specialist for Platt Electric.
The bride wore a lace, strapless, ivory A-line dress with a veil made from her grandmother Karel Schantins wedding veil. Her sister, Jamie Lentz, was the matron of honor. Brittney Mast, Cassie Spagnola and Michelle Block were attendants.
Pierre-Alain Chevalier, friend of the groom, was best man. Phil Lentz, Ryan Conrad and Luke Vaughn were ushers. Austin Lentz, the brides nephew, was ring bearer.
Special guests were the couples grandparents: David and Linda Baker, of Canby, Karel Schantin, of Hubbard, and Daniel and Eleanor Breen, of Venice, Fla.
The newlyweds honeymooned in Kauai, Hawaii, and are making their home in Beaverton.
