Sylvia Irene Griffin, 64, a resident of Boring, died Friday, July 21, in Boring. A memorial service will be held at 7 p.m. Friday, July 28, at Hood View Seventh-day Adventist Church, 26775 S.E. Kelso Road, Boring.

She was born Jan. 14, 1942, in Saskatchewan, Canada.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Hood View Jr. Academy, 265052 S.E. Kelso Road, Boring, 97009.
