Concerts in the park
WHAT: Portland Parks and Recreation presents live music in parks across the Portland area during the summer. Powell Butte Nature Park in East Portland will host two concerts: Toque Libre, modern acoustic Latin music, on July 30; and Rich Halley's Outside Music Ensemble, which performs jazz, on Aug. 6.
