Lake Oswego will air on HGTV show
Lake Oswego will be featured on the show My House is Worth What?, which will premiere in early August on the Home and Garden Television network.
In the May 4, 2006, editions of the Review and Tidings, the Nieland family of Lake Oswego spoke about their filming of a segment and about their real estate team.
During the show's filming, Quinn Nieland toured two local homes, which will air this month. The Nieland family worked as a team to price the home.
On the August 9 episode, Nieland works with a Portland family. This is scheduled to air at 10:30 p.m. both Eastern and Pacific Time.
On the August 13 episode, Nieland interviews a Lake Oswego resident. This segment is scheduled to air at 10 p.m. both Eastern and Pacific Time.
A third issue featuring Nieland will air sometime in the future, according to Holly Mosiello, My House is Worth What? segment producer.
My House is Worth What? allows viewers to go behind closed doors each week as three homeowners in three different parts of the country strategize on maximizing their homes' value, according to the HGTV Web site.
Local market experts - such as the Nieland's - evaluate and assess different homes in three different cities per episode. The homeowners featured find out how well their efforts could pay off and how much their house is worth.
Check local cable listings for exact time of the airing as this may change.
