Lake Oswego Police arrested a man on an outstanding warrant Aug. 7 after responding to a 9-1-1 call that someone was taking a bath in Oswego Lake.
Police arrested Lenos Reed Kelly, age unknown, at about 6 p.m. after receiving a report from Lake Patrol that a man was bathing in Lakewood Bay near Millennium Plaza Park.
Kelly was reportedly also washing his clothes in the lake. He was accompanied by his pet cat, which was reportedly being carried in some sort of bag.
Kelly was lodged at the Clackamas County Jail on an outstanding warrant for violating a stalking order in Multnomah County.
The cat spent the night in the LOCOM Communications Center and was taken to Clackamas County Animal Control the next day.
