Aloha man held in Tillamook County after two more victims come forward
A 42-year-old former Aloha man was arrested again Tuesday in Bay City on additional child abuse charges.
Benjamin Napier was arrested June 22 after he was accused of having sexual contact with a 6-year-old girl who attended his wife's day care. Napier was arrested again after warrants were issued based on information from two new victims.
Napier posted $50,000 for bail in June and was released with the stipulation that he would live with his father at in Bay City.
Since Napier's arrest, two more young girls have come forward with accusations of sexual abuse involving him. One victim was 6 at the time of the abuse. She is now 12.
The other victim was 12 at the time of the abuse and is now 14.
Neither of these girls attended Mrs. Napier's day care at the time of the abuse.
One girl was a family friend and the other was staying at Napier's residence at the time of the abuse.
On Tuesday, the Tillamook County Sheriff's Office arrested Napier on warrants for sex crimes involving the two girls. He was taken into custody at his father's house and is being held on $2 million bail in the Tillamook County Jail.
Washington County sheriff's detectives think there could be more victims. Detectives suspect he has been actively abusing young girls for at least six years.
