A 21-year Tualatin woman was arrested Friday night after she reportedly kicked and assaulted three police officers at Carver Park.
According to detectives, an Oregon State Police trooper approached Kylie Frances O'Dee just after 9 p.m. on July 29 after noticing she was parked in a handicapped parking spot.
Upon further investigation, Trooper Dessa Deforrest arrested O'Dee for driving while under the influence of intoxicants. Troopers reported that the suspect resisted arrest, kicking Deforrest and two deputies before she was restrained. While in the Oregon State Police car, O'Dee allegedly kicked on the right rear passenger window.
O'Dee was transported to Clackamas County Jail and charged with DUII, resisting arrest, three counts of assaulting a public safety officer and second-degree criminal mischief.
