Oregon company rewards safety at work
Coastal Farm and Ranch's employees in Oregon and Washington are getting rewarded for their safe work with cash benefits.
The local workers will share $35,934 in extra pay.
The Oregon-owned company already has a safety incentive plan to reward employees for safe practices, and it has received additional rebates this past year from its workers' compensation carrier SAIF. It will share this extra money with its employees.
