Katherine Lilly of Gresham and Caleb Johnson of Eugene were married at 6 p.m. Friday, Aug. 11, at Good Shepherd Community Church in Boring.
The bride wore a pearl necklace that belonged to her grandmother and was worn by both her mother and aunt at their weddings. Her father walked her down the aisle in a double ring ceremony officiated by the bride's uncle, Dr. J. Carl Laney.
The bride is the daughter of Robert and Jacqueline Lilly of Gresham. She is a 2002 graduate of Gresham High School and a 2006 graduate of the University of Oregon.
The groom is the son of Vern and Gail Johnson of Eugene. He is a 2006 University of Oregon graduate and is employed at Pacific Continental Bank in Eugene.
Amy Lilly, the bride's sister of Gresham, was maid of honor. The bride's sisters, Sarah Lilly and Mary Lilly of Gresham; groom's sisters, Vanessa Johnson of Portland and Marissa Johnson of Eugene; and friends Anna Chambers and Trista Willson of Gresham, Jodi Smith of Salem and Juliann Surface of Eugene also attended the bride.
The groom's friend Ezra Carey of Eugene was best man. Also attending the groom was the bride's brother, John Lilly of Gresham, and the groom's friends Daniel Sinclair, Garrett Johnson and Kyle Rasmussen of Eugene. The newlyweds held a reception at Good Shepherd Community Church following the ceremony. They honeymooned in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
Katherine and Caleb Johnson are making their home in Eugene.
