Organizers proclaim Scappoose festival reboot a success after three days of fun
Cody Dirks, from Scappoose, leaps into the shallow Scappoose Creek in Veterans Park, site of the Scappoose Pow Wow.
The Pow Wow festival, last held in 1992, made it's successful return the weekend of July 28-30.
