Fires burn through Rainier
Columbia River Fire and Rescue responded to two structure fires in Rainier over the course of a week.
The first fire destroyed a home on rural Wonderly Road on Tuesday, July 26. The cause of the fire has not been determined. The total cost of the damage is estimated to be $75,000.
The second fire burned through a home on Anliker Road on Monday, Aug. 1. Damage to the structure and contents of the home is valued at $175,000.
