Wedding - Kamp/Linehan Goodman

Heather Marie Kamp and Michael Aquinas Linehan-Goodman were married Friday, July 22, at a small elopement ceremony with a few close friends during the Northwest String Summit at Horning's Hideout in North Plains.

Heather and Michael walked together for the double-ring ceremony, officiated by Benjamin Hebert, ordained clergy of the First Nation Church.

The bride wore a silky knee-length gold Grecian-style dress. She carried a hand-tied bouquet of sunflowers, daisies, yellow roses, herbs, lavender and peacock feathers, wrapped with purple satin ribbon and jute with a silver Grateful Dead bear charm for luck.

The bride is the daughter of Ronda Hill-Jones of Bend and the late David Kamp. Heather graduated from Enterprise High School in 2005 and Central Oregon Community College, where she studied behavioral disorders and addiction studies, in 2008. She is an assistant manager and pricing coordinator for a gourmet grocery store.

The groom is the son of Shelley Goodman of Joseph and Michael Linehan of Gresham. Michael graduated from Enterprise High School in 2004. He is a wireless and data sales consultant.

Erin Scott of Bend, a friend of the couple, served as maid of honor.

Salvador Bobadilla of Bend, a friend of the couple, served as best man.

A wedding reception with friends and family is planned for Saturday, Aug. 13, at Big River Campground in Bend.

Heather and Michael Linehan-Goodman will make their home in Bend.
