Six Measure 37 claims including Gene Wizer's are pending in Lake Oswego as a result of a recent filing deadline for old claims. The other claims pending include:

n A request to partition two lots on Upper Cherry Street.

* A request for removal of a sensitive lands restrictions on Phantom Bluff Court.

* A request for removal of sensitive land restrictions on Boones Ferry Road, which would allow development of four lots.

* A request for removal of sensitive land restrictions in the Glenmorrie area, which would allow development of three lots.

* A request to remove a park overlay and sensitive land restrictions on a parcel near East Waluga Park, which would allow development of 12 lots.
