Next up: The Reign is scheduled to play the first of seven consecutive road games Thursday in Orange County, Calif. The trip features two games against Orange County, three games in Fresno, Calif., and two games in Salt Lake City against the Utah Snowbears, who improved to 17-0 with a 121-88 win over Tijuana on Sunday night.

Orange County is ranked second in the ABA's power rankings, released Monday.

The future: Portland is 11-6, although most of the wins have come via forfeit. Terry Emmert, who has been funding the team through the first half of the season, says the trip might be delayed, though, due to ownership conflicts that he hopes to resolve shortly.

'I think we'll know a lot more about the future of the team in the next 10 days,' says Emmert, who is set to own an ABA team in Mazatlan, Mexico, next season. 'It would be great to have the team continue, because the players are such great young men and good role models.'
