UPDATE • Ticketholders have until Aug. 31 to get refunds
The Oregon Zoo says the canceled Aug. 18 concert by Miranda Cosgrove will not be rescheduled. People with tickets can get a refund.
A broken ankle forced the 'iCarly' star to cancel her sold-out concert at the Zoo. Officials originally thought the show would be rescheduled, but Cosgrove's managers decided to cancel the rest of her summer tour.
Ticketholders have until Aug. 31 to get a refund. Fans who bought tickets via Ticketmaster must contact Ticketmaster for a refund before midnight on Aug. 31. Fans who bought their tickets at the zoo must return to the zoo before 6 p.m. on Aug. 31 for their refund.
The singer's bus was traveling through Illinois on Interstate 70 Thursday, Aug. 11, on its way to a show in Wichita at the time of the crash. The bus collided at about 5 a.m. with a tractor-trailer that had overturned on the highway outside Vandalia, Ill., about 70 miles northeast of St. Louis.
Five people were on the bus at the time, but no one was seriously injured.
The Oregon Zoo features three more shows this month, as its 33rd year of popular outdoor concerts draws to a close. Tickets are still available for the Carolina Chocolate Drops on Friday, Aug. 19, and Aimee Mann on Saturday, Aug. 20.
Huey Lewis and the News round out the summer with a sold-out concert on Aug. 27.
