8/5, 3:35 p.m.; A chrome Razor scooter with blue handlebars was stolen from the skate park.

8/6, 10:04 p.m.; A GPS device was taken from a 1997 Volvo on Apollo Road.

8/7, 5:14 p.m.; A red 1990 Isuzu Amigo with a black soft top was stolen within the past few days on Skyview Drive. The owner was uncertain how much fuel was in the car; the car could be started without a key.

8/8, 12:56 p.m.; Someone reported a Dell laptop in a black bag with orange piping was stolen from an unlocked car on Aug. 5.

8/10, 2:46 p.m.; A white Subaru station wagon with a luggage rack was stolen overnight from Jamie Circle.


8/11, 10:16 a.m.; An account was opened and fraudulent cash advances taken in a man's name.


8/6, 1:33 a.m.; Police came upon a vehicle that had rolled over and off the road near Chestnut Street, close to Willamette Falls Drive, and a K-9 unit found the driver, who was taken to the hospital via ambulance after being cited for causing damage to property and possessing marijuana.

8/9, 7:58 a.m.; A woman in a truck was partially blocking the fast lane of Interstate 205 southbound. A driver in the northbound lanes stopped and walked across the median to try to assist her. It turned out she was sleeping, but otherwise all was apparently OK.


8/5, 3:35 p.m.; Extra patrols were requested at Rockridge Drive after something hit a house in the wee hours of morning.

8/5, 4:25 p.m.; A customer refused to pay after a disagreement at a 76 gas station.

8/5, 4:35 p.m.; Someone reported a teenager was hit by a skateboarder on July 27.

8/5, 5:49 p.m.; Skateboarders were reportedly riding in the middle of the road on Nomie Way and Sabo Lane for the better part of an hour.

8/5, 7:42 p.m.; An intoxicated man found sleeping on the sidewalk at Safeway took a ride to Meridian Park Hospital.

8/6, 1:03 a.m.; A loud party in the Britton and Dollar street area broke up after the police arrived.

8/6, 7:41 a.m.; A caller on Buck Street said two men had been yelling and pounding on the door since 3 a.m., and now one was sleeping on the porch and might be drunk.

8/6, 7:57 a.m.; Skateboarders were reportedly enjoying the skate park too early. When officers contacted the youths, they said it wasn't their fault, because someone else had opened the gate for the day.

8/6, 9:44 a.m.; A suspicious man who said he worked for a textbook company was trying to get information from the mothers of children in the Cedaroak Park Primary School area.

8/6, 2:29 p.m.; Good news was reported when Portland police officers recovered a car stolen from West Linn.

8/6, 2:48 p.m.; A woman and her son on Fourth or Fifth street were approached by an older man with a white beard in a black Jeep convertible who offered them a ride.

8/6, 3:14 p.m.; An older man carried a child screaming 'let me go' out of Market of Choice. Police determined the possible kidnapper was the child's parent.

8/6, 7:59 p.m.; A woman on Hoodview Avenue complained of a neighbor's loud music and odor of marijuana, but police didn't smell anything unusual.

8/7, 9:28 p.m.; Lighting at a home's basketball court on Kensington Court was bringing unwelcome illumination to a neighbor's house, but the light was apparently lowered while an officer was en route to the location to check it out.

8/7, 9:59 p.m.; The basketball court light was reportedly on again, and police issued a warning.

8/8, 2:36 a.m.; Someone was conducting early morning doorbell ditching on Serango Drive.

8/8, 8:20 a.m.; A woman sitting in the grassy area of the median on Interstate 205 southbound at 10th Street was given a police car ride to McDonald's.

8/8, 8:15 p.m.; A teenage boy driving a black Acura Integra tailgated another driver, with whom he exchanged impolite words.

8/10, 1:03 a.m.; A house on Winkel Way was egged and the homeowner saw two males run away, one toward Tanner Creek Park and the other in the opposite direction, carrying a sports bag.

8/10, 6:41 a.m.; Security personnel for a film shoot wanted a vehicle legally parked on Willamette Drive moved.

8/10, 7:54 a.m.; Youths were being noisy at the skate park.

8/10, 10:08 a.m.; A father with full custody of his 8-year-old daughter was distressed that the girl's mother refused to bring her back from a visit in time for a vacation he planned to take with the girl.

8/10, 10:17 a.m.; A resident on Holly Street felt a new neighbor's 'Children Playing' signs created a hazard in the roadway, and that children were defacing the neighborhood with sidewalk chalk.

8/10, 11:21 a.m.; More egging activity was reported on Winkel Way.

8/10, 11:37 a.m.; A caller reported third-hand information about three or four men in their 20s or 30s on the path off Beacon Hill in the wooded area who were either doing drugs or 'something illegal.' Police didn't find any suspicious people in the area.

8/10, 11:50 a.m.; A woman said she was receiving harassing text messages from an unknown person who was making up information about her family.

8/10, 12:23 p.m.; A business in the 1900 block of Willamette Falls Drive reported an ongoing problem with four or five juveniles, including bicycle riders and maybe at least one redhead, loitering in the area and banging on doors and vehicles.

8/10, 2:42 p.m.; A driver who was previously banned from a 76 station came back for $5 of gas.

8/10, 8:22 p.m.; Police assisted Tualatin Valley Fire and Rescue in responding to a residential fire on Hillside Drive.

8/10, 9:00 p.m.; Members of a TV-show film crew were apparently driving in the wrong direction near the police station on Willamette Drive.

8/11, 9:55 a.m.; A woman was threatened with bodily harm at a board meeting. Officers contacted both parties.

8/12, 1:35 a.m.; A stolen white Subaru was recovered in Portland.

8/12, 4:15 a.m.; When a man gave another a ride from an Oregon City bar, the passenger, allegedly drunk, aggressively solicited sexual favors from him.


8/5, 5:54 p.m.; Dogs without water had been barking since morning in a garage on Viewpoint Road.

8/5, 6:52 p.m.; Barking dogs were reportedly an ongoing problem on 19th Street.

8/8, 7:28 p.m.; A dog attacked another dog at the Willamette boat ramp.

8/8, 9:41 p.m.; Officers found care for a dog whose owner was incarcerated.

8/10, 11:23 a.m.; A man was reportedly beating his dogs at the townhomes across from Rosemount Ridge Middle School, but police didn't find signs of abuse.

8/11, 8:28 p.m.; Someone reported a neighbor became aggressive and made threats while complaining about a barking dog.
