Business goes the extra mile

I would like to thank Sandy Chainsaw. I had the best service from Tom Vollmer.

I brought in my Stihl weed whacker that had just quit when I needed it most.

I had bought it new four years before. It had no compression when I went to restart it, so I knew something bad had happened.

I brought it in and he started right in on it. He called the factory and was able to get a new motor through warranty that was long gone and installed that for less than $50.

I was very happy and will always be glad that he went the extra mile for me. He has what it takes.
