Driver cited for failing to obey traffic control device
Multnomah County Circuit Judge Kathleen Dailey was injured Thursday morning when she was struck by a vehicle on Southwest Terwilliger Boulevard while riding her bicycle to work.
Dailey was taken to an area hospital with what police described as non-life threatening injuries.
