Japanese ceramist Kyoko Tokumaru spent six months as the artist in residence at Contemporary Crafts Gallery. Her resulting show, 'Made in Oregon,' highlights her efforts at wrangling 350 pounds of clay into intricate pieces of art. Meet Tokumaru at Thursday's reception; the show runs through Feb. 28.
