Ballots must be in the hands of elections officials no later than 8 tonight to count in the Measure 28 election.

Ballots can be dropped off at several locations around Multnomah County. Today, all will remain open right up to 8 p.m.

Drop sites include:

• Multnomah County: All county library branches.

• East Portland: Multnomah County Elections Division, 1040 S.E. Morrison St.

• Downtown: The west side of Pioneer Courthouse Square, across from Nordstrom.

• Southwest Portland: A-Boy Electric, 7365 S.W. Barbur Blvd.

• Gresham: Gresham Fred Meyer, 2497 S.E. Burnside Road.

• North Portland: Peninsula Fred Meyer, 6850 N. Lombard St.; Interstate Fred Meyer, 7404 N. Interstate Ave.
