Passengers should arrive at Portland International Airport two hours before their flight leaves, earlier for morning flights, when PDX is busiest. The Red Cross puts families in touch with military aid societies. Active service members' families can call 503-284-1234. Financial donors can call 1-800-435-7669. The Red Cross also provides confidential emergency referrals and guidance to families.
