Where: Under the Burnside Bridge at Southwest First Avenue and Burnside Street
When: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Sunday, rain or shine, March to December. It has closed only twice in its history Ñ once for a blizzard and once for a volcanic eruption.
Vendors: The market has 274 spaces each weekend for craft and food booths. Five hundred vendors participate each season. Potential vendors' work must be approved by a review committee.
Visitors: The market draws an estimated 750,000 visitors each year.
