It's all about precision on the field and in the music as high school students from the Northwest and California vie for the honor of being named the best marching band in the Festival of Bands. Also strutting their stuff is Portland's One More Time Around Again Marching Band, comprised of 560 members from age 18 to 85 who have all marched in a band at some time in their lives.

The Oregon Symphony presents 'John Philip Sousa at Rose Festival,' with guest conductor Keith Brion conducting. Brion goes the distance dressing in a replica of Sousa's uniform, mimicking Sousa's mannerisms and re-creating original Sousa performances from the early 1900s.
