Tonya Harding is in comeback mode again.
In the parking lot of the Silver City Cabaret, a gentlemen's club in Dallas, Harding suffered the worst defeat of her five-month pro boxing career Saturday. Melissa Yanas of San Antonio floored Harding twice before stopping the former figure skating champion on a TKO 1:13 into the first round.
'She got hit with a left hook and a right hand,' says Paul Brown, Harding's trainer.
Harding (3-2) landed one punch, according to a ringside report.
Because of the beating she took, Harding must wait 60 days to fight again.
'Her next fight is going to be in Portland in November,' Brown says. 'It'll be her comeback fight.'
