The accident happened shortly before 1:30 a.m. Monday north of Lake Oswego, according to the Lake Oswego Fire Department.

Firefighters arrived at the scene, near Breyman Avenue, to find Nicholas Allen Dolder inside of the 1997 Acura TL sedan with his safety belt fastened and airbags deployed.
