Scappoose scores three times in final period to seal win
The two teams hadn't met on the football field since 1999, and the 2,000 plus fans in attendance had to wonder why Friday as visiting 5A St. Helens and 4A Scappoose turned in a classic game.
In the end, Scappoose pulled off an impressive 43-25 win, but it wasn't easy.

Paul Revis had two pass receptions for touchdowns and picked up a fumble for another to help pace Scappoose. Darone Jacob added two scores, one on a fourth-quarter 71-yard romp. Quarterback Cody Stutzer would pass for two touchdowns and scamper for another.
St. Helens got much of their offense from Dumitri Malnasi who caught a pass for one score, and ran in another. St. Helens quarterback Dallas Thompson passed f0r one score and ran in another.
