Annual festival in downtown Forest Grove draws out the artistic talent of the city
Forest Grove's annual Sidewalk Chalk Art Festival and Corn Roast dodged wet skies, offering a cloudy, fairly dry morning for chalking up the city's sidewalks.
The fundraiser for Valley Art, Forest Grove's community-oriented art gallery and school, sold a record number of sidewalk squares for artists to mark up throughout Saturday.
