   Steven Howard and Stefanie Hopkins of Madras are pleased to announce the birth of their daughter, Ashley Caroll Howard, at 11:56 a.m., Jan. 26, at Mountain View Hospital in Madras. At birth, Ashley weighed 8 pounds, 11 ounces, and measured 21 inches in length. She joins brother Jarrett, 3, at home.
   The grandparents are Bobby and Nancy Howard and Keith and Donna Hopkins, all of Napa, Calif. The great-grandparent is Peggy Chapman of Alturas, Calif.

   Krystan Mariah Morrison
   Darin and Georgia Morrison of Madras are pleased to announce the birth of their daughter Krystan Mariah Morrison at 6:10 p.m., Jan. 22, at Mountain View Hospital in Madras. At birth, Krystan weighed 8 pounds, 1.8 ounces, and measured 21 inches in length. She joins brothers, Douglas, 5, Devin, 3, at home.
   The grandparents are Ron and Diana Morrison of California, Nancy and Charles Huntzinger of Blue Lake, Calif., and the great-grandparent is Pat Morrison of Abilene, Texas.

   Duane Snavely and Tia Dawn Miller of Metolius are pleased to announce the birth of their son, Damian Snavely, at 8:34 p.m., Jan. 20, at Mountain View Hospital in Madras. At birth, Damian weighed 7 pounds, 1.9 ounces, and measured 21 1/4 inches in length.
   The grandparents are Karie and James Laws of Metolius, Sondra Ross of Pendleton, and Sandra and Alex Miller of Madras. The great-grandparent is Pearl Dicus of Metolius.

   Keiki and Marealene Rauschenburg of Warm Springs are pleased to announce the birth of their daughter, Keala Cherene Newai Hoku Okalani Rauschenburg, at 8:24 p.m., Jan. 20, at Mountain View Hospital in Madras. At birth, Keala weighed 5 pounds, 8 ounces, and measured 18 3/4 inches in length. She joins brothers, Jason, 9, and Austin, 4, at home.
   The grandparents are Joe Rauschenburg of Warm Springs, Wanda Rauschenburgh of Honolulu, Hawaii, and Marcelene LeClaire of Warm Springs.
