   DONACA AT ART ADVENTURE
   Bend painter Joanne Donaca will be the featured artist during the month of June at Art Adventure Gallery in Madras. There has been a date change for the opening receptions. The artist's reception will be held the second Thursday of the month, June 12, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m., at the gallery, 185 SE 5th St., Madras, with refreshments and music.    TRAVOLTA DISCO MOVIE SLATED
   Wear your platform shoes and disco down to the library's Community Film Center, 7 p.m., Saturday, June 21, to enjoy a 1970s movie featuring John Travolta as a disco king. Admission is a donation of $4, or $10 for family.
   MARYHILL FREE JUNE 21, 22
   Maryhill Museum of Art is offering free admission to residents of Jefferson, Hood River, Wasco and Sherman counties during the weekend of June 21 and 22. Show your driver's license for admission. Maryhill is in Washington, just over the bridge from Biggs Junction.
   CHICAGO COMING TO BEND
   The Cascades Theatrical Company (formerly Community Theatre of the Cascades) will present the musical "Chicago" as part of its next season's line-up. Other plays include "Fools," "Bat Boy," "I Hate Hamlet," "The Woman In Black," and "Wit." Season tickets are now on sale, call 389-0803.
   CASCADE FESTIVAL COMING
   Individual and season tickets are now on sale for the Cascade Festival of Music, held in Drake Park in Bend, Aug. 23 to 28. Performers include Bohola Irish music, Tchaikovsky featuring violinist Caitlin Tully, pianist Horacio Gutierrez, Gypsy and Yiddish music, pianist Misha Dichter, Festival Pops, Albita Cuban music, and duo-violinists Mark O'Connor and Ron Blessinger.    FOREVER PLAID ON STAGE
   The hilarious, high-spirited musical "Forever Plaid" will be presented by the Community Theatre of the Cascades, June 6 through 28, at 8 p.m., Wednesdays through Saturdays, and at 2 p.m. on Sundays, at 148 NW Greenwood in Bend. Tickets are $17 adults, $11 children, call 389-0803 for reservations.
