Garden, Home Show features great ideas, products

The Second Annual Garden & Home Show will take over the Jefferson County Fairgrounds this weekend.
Along with great products and ideas for indoor and outdoor Central Oregon living, the Garden & Home Show will feature live music, performances by the Juniper Clicking Cloggers and food vendors. All this plus expert gardeners and craftsfolk to help you with you home and garden ideas.
A special attraction will be Nick Federoff, the host of the national radio show "Things Green," who will answer gardening questions during a live broadcast.
The Garden & Home Show will be open from noon to 7 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
Event organizer Ron Erickson says this year's event will be even better than last year's solid start. He said vendors had great success last year, and he expects even more attendance and vendor success this time out.
Some lucky show attendee will win an Oregon Coast vacation.
For further information on the event contact Erickson at 475-8448, or toll free at 1-888-830-8223.
The show is sponsored by Erickson's 102-KHJ FM radio station, Community First Bank and The Rustic Garden. Admission to the show, and parking at the fairgrounds, is free.
