Delita Cordes' Century-21 Gold Country Realty office has changed its location and she has opened a second venture, Integrity Property Management LLC, with her husband Earl Cordes and Mike Gordon.
The Century-21 Gold Country Realty office, operated by "Delita's Team" since 2003, moved in March from a small office on Sixth Street into the building next door formerly occupied by Great Earth Natural Foods.
"We outgrew our old office and needed more space, and this is twice as big as our old office," Delita said.
The building has been completely remodeled to accommodate her staff of 10 employees, which include daughters Shannon Hall and Holly Booren, who are also brokers and will eventually take over the business. Holly currently manages the Madras office while Shannon manages Delita's Redmond office.
Delita's Team recently was named the No. 1 2005 Grand Centurion Team for the Pacific Northwest for having the most Century-21 real estate closings.
The business offers real estate sales including residential, commercial, multi-unit and industrial in Jefferson and Deschutes counties.
The new office is located at 60 S.E. Sixth St., Madras. Summer business hours are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday, and Sunday by appointment.
   New venture
Integrity Property Management LLC opened in the space vacated by Century-21 in January.
"It seemed like a natural fit and we liked having control over the management of our own properties," Delita said.
The business offers property management for residential and commercial buildings. They take care of the advertising, tenant screening, renting, maintenance and overseeing of properties for out-of-town and out-of-state owners.
"We have a wide variety of rental properties from duplexes to custom homes," Delita said.
Integrity Property Management, at 72 S.E. Sixth St., Madras, across from the post office, is open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday and Sunday. The business phone is 475-5222.
