Early bazaar listings

Itching to get a jump on your holiday shopping? Check out these early bazaars for wonderful handcrafted gifts and sumptuous baked goods.

Oct. 21-22

• Friday, 4 to 8 p.m., Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Third annual 'My Friends and More' holiday bazaar, Resurrection Lutheran Church, 1700 N.E. 132nd Ave., Portland. Several Gresham area artists and handcrafters will be offering jewelry, painted handbags, floral arrangements, soy candles, journals made from recycled books, yard décor, baby gifts and aprons. Shoppers can also check out the newest products from national distributors, Pampered Chef, Scentsy, Cookie Lee Jewelry and others. The event benefits Snow-CAP Community Charities, which provides food, clothing and other services for low-income families in East County. Attendees who donate two cans of food to Snow-CAP will receive tickets for raffle prizes. Santa will be in the house from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday for photos. Cost is $5, with $4 going to Snow-CAP.

• Saturday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Zion United Church of Christ, 2025 N.E. 23rd St., Gresham. A wide selection of gift and handmade craft items, bake sale and raffles held every hour.

Oct. 29-30

• Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tricky Treat Bazaar, Carver School, 16077 S.E. Highway 224, Damascus. Early selection of holiday gifts.
