NOTICE OF STATUTORY RESTRAINING ORDER
PREVENTING THE DISSIPATION OF ASSETS
in DOMESTIC RELATIONS ACTIONS
TO THE PETITIONER AND RESPONDENT:
PURSUANT TO Section 2, Chapter 414, Oregon Laws 2004 and UTCR 8.080, Petitioner and Respondent are restrained from:
(1) Cancelling, modifying, terminating or allowing to lapse for nonpayment of premiums any policy of health insurance, homeowner or renter insurance or automobile insurance that one party maintains to provide coverage for the other party or a minor child of the parties, or any life insurance policy that names either of the parties or a minor child of the par- ties as a beneficiary.
(2) Changing beneficiaries or covered parties under any policy of health insurance, homeowner or renter insurance or auto mobile insurance that one party maintains to provide cover- age for the other party or a minor child of the parties, or any life insurance policy.
(3) Transferring, encumbering, concealing or disposing of prop-
erty in which the other party has an interest, in any manner, without written consent of the other party or an order of the court, except in the usual course of business or for necessi- ties of life.
(A) Paragraph (3) does not apply to payments by either party of:
(I) Attorney fees in this action;
(II) Real estate and income taxes
(III) Mental health therapy expenses for either party or a minor child of the parties; or
(IV) Expenses necessary to provide for the safety and welfare of a party or a minor child of the parties.
(4) Making extraordinary expenditures without providing writ- ten notice and an accounting of the extraordinary expendi- tures to the other party.
(A) Paragraph (4) does not apply to the payment of either party of the expenses necessary to provide for the safety and welfare of a party or a minor child of the parties.
AFTER FILING OF THE PETITION, THE ABOVE PROVISIONS ARE IN EFFECT IMMEDIATELY UPON SERVICE OF THE SUMMONS AND PETITION UPON THE RESPONDENT. IT REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL A FINAL DECREE OR JUDGMENT IS ISSUED, UNTIL THE PETITION IS DISMISSED, OR UNTIL FURTHER ORDER OF THE COURT.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTION
NORTH UNIT IRRIGATION DISTRICT
The district is accepting nominations for positions on its board of directors for Division One (1), in the north Agency Plains area, now being held by Phil Fine and one director for Division Two (2), in the area starting on the Agency Plains at Fir Lane to Eureka Lane, south of Metolius, and west of South Adams Drive, now being held by Robert Houts. A map of the divisions can be viewed at the district office. The terms begin January 1, 2012 and are for three years. To be eligible as a director a candidate must:
1. Be 18 years of age or older.
2. Be the owner of water right land situated within the boundaries of the District from their respective division.
3. Be a resident of the State of Oregon.
4. Must submit a petition, signed by 10 landowners with North Unit Irrigation District water rights, to the district office before 5:00 pm on the 4th of October 2011. Petitions can be obtained from the district office.
If only one petition is received per division, that petitioner will be certified as having been nominated and elected for that division. The receipt of two or more petitions for a division will require an official election to be held November 8, 2011.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE CITY OF MADRAS
The Planning Commission for the City of Madras will be conducting a public hearing on Wednesday October 5, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. in the City of Madras Council Chambers located at 71 SE "D" Street Madras, Oregon. At this public hearing the Planning Commission will receive comments from the public on text amendments proposed to the City of Madras Zoning Ordinances (# 723) relating to:
File Number TA-11-1: 8-12 Sections 3.5.1(O)(5)(k) "Building and Sign Colors" (Commercial Zones) and 8-12 Sections 3.6 (E)(5)(i)(f) "Building and Sign Colors" (Industrial Zones)
Any one wishing to present testimony, may do so in person at the public hearing, or submit written comments to the Community Development Department, 71 SE "D" Street, Madras, Oregon. Copies of the complete file to include the staff report will be available for review at City of Madras Community Development Department. Upon request, copies of the file can be purchased at a cost of $.25 per page.
