Sarah Holtzclaw, with the Partnership to End Poverty, has been appointed by the Internal Revenue Service as a certified acceptance agent.
In this capacity, Holtzclaw will work with immigrants in the region to obtain their tax identification numbers and to facilitate their submission of income taxes.
