>Defending 2A champions up 46-0 at half
Two-time defending Class 2A champion Scio handed Culver one of its worst losses of the season last Friday.
   The Loggers raced out to a 46-0 lead at halftime during a 52-6 Class 2A Tri-River League football game to extend their win streak to five games.
   Culver's lone score came in the fourth quarter. Noe Gonzalez reeled in a 35-yard touchdown pass from his brother Josue Gonzalez.
   Scio piled up 505 yards rushing led by Daniel Harper, who rushed for 258 yards and five touchdowns on 10 carries.
   Culver fell to 2-3 overall and will visit Regis (3-2, 1-0 TRL) at 7 p.m. Friday. The Rams beat Santiam 50-8 last week to open TRL play.
