NOTICE OF BOARD OF COMMISSIONER'S HEARINGS
    The Jefferson County Board of Commissioners has scheduled the following public hearing to review the application for a Measure 37 vested rights determination on remand from the Oregon Court of Appeals Case No A141921 and the Jefferson County Circuit Court on the following property:
    CASEFILE 08-VEST-01(REMAND): An application to determine whether a 31-lot subdivision with a dwelling on each lot is vested under common law. The property is located northeast of the intersection of Hilltop Lane and Clark Drive, and consists of tax lots 10-14-32-700 and 10-14-32CB-100 known as Bitterbrush Estates. The property is owned by the Estate of Gordon Shown.
    The hearing will be October 26, 2011 at 1:30 pm at the Jefferson County Administrative Office Building located at 66 SE "D" Street, in Madras, Oregon.

   NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
   BEFORE THE CITY OF MADRAS PLANNING COMMISSION
    A Public Hearing is scheduled before the City of Madras City Planning Commission in order to take testimony or comments on the following application:
    File # AX-11-1, a proposal to annex properties located within of the North Unit Subdivision that consented to annexation. The properties proposed to be annexed are tax lots: 5500, 500, 400, 401, 402, 300, 301, 302, 302, 304, 305, 306, 100, 101, 5400, 6100, 6000, 5900, 5800, 6600 located on Jefferson County Assessor's Map #11-13-1 BB.
    This form of annexation is allowed under Oregon Revised Statute (ORS) 222.750 and pursuant to Madras Zoning and Land Development Ordinance Sections 8-12 Article 7 (Annexations) Article 9.7 (Notice of Hearing) Article 9.16 (Public Hearing).
