Damascus Christian knows not to relax with a two-game lead.

In the Valley 10 District Championship a year ago, the Eagles trailed Portland Lutheran by two games before rallying to win the next three and claim the district title.

On Saturday, the teams met once more in the league finale and Damascus made it back-to-back titles with a four-set victory.

While the Blue Jays rallied to pull even in each of the first two sets, their rallies couldn't be sustained and Damascus found itself with a commanding lead.

But with emotions high, the Blue Jays tried to flip last year's script on the Eagles...
