   Desiree Elizabeth Rider-BercierRuiz
   April 30, 1991 - July 30, 2012
   Madras resident Desiree Elizabeth Rider-Bercier Ruiz, 22, died in her home on July 30, 2012. She was born April 30, 1991 in Kalispell, Mont.
   Memorial services will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, Aug. 8, at Bel-Air Colonial Funeral Home.
   She is survived by mother, Jewel Beston of Madras; father, Terry Rider of Browning, Mont.; husband, Arturo Ruiz of Texas; grandparents, William James of Dunseith, N.D., and Penny and Cisco Bercier of Great Falls, Mont.; uncles and aunts, James and Beverly Surface of Madras, Deb Garfield of Metolius, Joey and Donna Surface of Warm Springs, John Gladue of Kansas City, Kan., Leo and Nadine Bercier of Missoula, Mont., Tanya Bercier and Bridger and Courtney Bercier, all of Great Falls, Mont., and Robin James and Dale Spearson of Petaluma, Calif.; and numerous cousins, mieces and nephews.
   She was preceded in death by her brother, Terry "Billy Joe" Rider Bercier, and her grandparents, Thomas and Evelyn Rider of Browning, Mont.

   George Leroy Widdicombe
   September 3, 1934 - August 3, 1912
   Metolius resident George Leroy Widdicombe passed away at his home Aug. 3, 2012, at the age of 77.
   He was born Sept. 3, 1934, in Helena, Mont. He and Darlene Pritchard were married on Feb. 14, 1979.
   He served in the Air Force, and worked in construction and a number of odd jobs.
   Survivors include his daughters, Tamera Widdicombe of Metolius, Kelly Middleton of Madras, Richelle DeCock of Montana; sons, George, Donnie, Mike and Mark Widdicombe, all of Montana, Allen Fisk of Redmond, and Tommy Fisk of Madras; aunt Kitty Davis on Washington; several uncles; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
   He was preceded in death by his mother, Wanda; his son, Keith; and grandson, Buddy.
   A memorial will be held at his residence, with the date to be announced.
