Saturday, Sept. 1, Las Vegas will come to Crooked River Ranch in the form of the annual Crooked River Ranch Lion's Club "Casino Night," at the Sandbagger Saloon.
From 7-11 p.m., there will be games including blackjack, 4-5-6, Texas hold 'em, and craps. There will be many door prizes using "funny money" won from the games and an auction for bigger prizes.
Proceeds from Casino Night benefit the Lions' Sight and Hearing Foundation, local residents who cannot afford eyeglasses and hearing aids, local Scouting organizations, and local children with diabetes who are awarded a scholarship to a summer camp which serves diabetic children and their families.
For a $15 admission charge, participants will receive a door prize ticket and $50,000 in "funny money."
