Leding hired to direct Warm Springs Composite Products
Sales and marketing efforts
Warm Springs Composite Products, a leading supplier of fire-rated wood door frames and architectural door components, has recently hired David C. Leding to lead North American sales and marketing efforts.
Leding has more than 25 years experience in building products and components manufacturing, including a 14-year stint with Marshfield DoorSystems, where he was vice president of components manufacturing from 2001 to 2007.
Since that time, Leding had been with Flakeboard -- Duraflake Division in Albany, before leaving to take on a new challenge with WSCP.
"We're very pleased to have the opportunity to bring Dave on board," said Duane Darnell, WSCP's CEO. "His strong background in both plant operations and sales, particularly his experience at Marshfield, makes him a great addition to the team."
While with Marshfield, Leding worked in all aspects of the company's mineral core operations, including new product development as well as plant operations and sales.
"As Marshfield's plant operations guy, Dave had been a customer of ours for years," Darnell said. "We like that he comes to the job with a deep knowledge of our product mix from the customer perspective."
