Portland General Electric crews are responding to an outage that has 59 customers, or meters, without power in Gresham. The outage happened at 4:02 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 8, on Northwest Victoria Avenue, which is just east of Northwest Eastman Parkway between Burnside Road and Division Street, said Steve Corson, PGE spokesman.
